How to Apply Online for 2026 Enrolment

 

The 2026 school year is due to begin on Saturday 31 January. Please note the following points about the revised online enrolment process.

Application period: Thursday 15 January 2026 – Saturday 24 January 2026

To apply, click the link below and complete every required field. Apart from the Korean name, please fill in all fields in English.

Please note the following points.

(1) Online enrolment link

Please make sure you can see the name Korean School of Adelaide and the KSA logo.

(2) On the first page, “Student Details”:

  • Take care not to swap Surname and Given Name.
  • For Date of Birth it is easier to type the date directly in “DD/MM/YYYY” format than to use the calendar picker.
  • Age is filled in automatically.
  • Under Community Language School Details the school name must appear as “Korean School of Adelaide”. Then work through the fields from left to right and top to bottom, clicking the small triangle in each box and choosing from the options shown.
  • Under Mainstream School Details, click the School Name box and type the first few letters of the school or kindy your child attends; the matching names will appear and you can select the right one. If you cannot find the name, or your child does not attend a school, choose “Other school not listed”, “Home school” or “Not applicable” near the end of the list. (If you cannot find your school's name, please let the school know separately.)
  • Under Medical Information, select the items that apply; if none apply you can leave it blank.
  • Under Student Support, complete the parts that apply; if none apply select No.

(3) On the second page, “Parent Details”:

  • Parent 1 is required. Please enter the email address and mobile phone number accurately so the school can contact you.
  • At least one Emergency Contact is also required. You may enter the other parent's details.

(4) On the last page, “Declaration and Consent”:

  • Read the listed items carefully and give your consent.
  • Enter the signature (signed by hand inside the box) and full name of at least one parent.
  • In “Name of Person Enrolling the students”, enter the name of the parent completing the online enrolment.

(5) When you are satisfied that everything is correct (you can go back to earlier pages to make changes), press Submit to complete your Enrolment Application.

(6) Approval depends on a review of the application and on class capacity. Once your enrolment is approved, please pay the enrolment fee when you come to the school after term starts. The current annual fee is $120, payable in cash only, and a receipt will be issued.
